English Carling Cup matches

Probably you are a bit surprised that so far we have not taken any games from Carling Cup yesterday and today. Maybe later into the evening we will, but at the moment are not touching them.

At first glance I like Arsenal to win over Liverpool, because Arsenal even with youth players show good football, and odds are really OK. But I would suggest you to wait until the start of the games to know the line-ups, because now it`s hard to call them. As for Liverpool, Gerrard&Torres shouldn`t play, and without them, team was just awful at Sunderland. But without Gerrard they managed to win over ManUtd. at the weekend, though Torres scored, so it`s a lot to think about before taking Arsenal to win. I need to know if Arshavin and Fabregas play, Eduardo and Bendter should start in attack. So only then I would think about Arsenal to win. But two last matches Arsenal didn`t win, when they had to: with Alkmaar and West Ham, so I believe they should find the way of winning here over Liverpool.

Chelsea should get a win over Bolton, but I don`t think that (-1.5) is worth to take, because surely Ancelotti will rotate his squad. And while Chelsea won two last matches so easily against Blackburn and Atletico, I don`t think that they will get so big 3rd win in a row.

Manchester City is not the team that I would trust to take with (-2) asian handicap even against such opponent as Scunthorpe. They screwed my bet against Fulham leading 2:0, and that was much more important match than today against Championship team. I don`t trust them at the moment, even if they win 6:0 today.

So from all these matches, the biggest chance is that I will take Arsenal to win.
